Cacau e Borracha.
A BA001 passa no meio dela, que é situada a 16Km da Ilha de 
Comandatuba e 22Km de Canavieiras, renomadas localidades 
turísticas.

In 2005 a married couple bought this farm and had transformed this piece of land in an exceptional place, the husband, Italian men very passionate for nature and the wife an agronomy engineer from Bahia. The property has 374ha, is crossed by two rivers and produces Milk, Cacau and Rubber.

The BA001 passes on the middle of the farm, that is situated on the 16 km from Comandatuba island and 22 km from the city of Canavieiras, very well known touristic places.

This farm is surrounded by nature and is close to the ocean, what makes the weather in this área truly special, with a fresh and gentle breeze all year long, including on the main house.

The main house has six suites with air conditioner, a swimming pool, a large and relaxing barbecue área with pool table and a wood oven. Another extraordinary feature from this farm is a beautiful Chapel built in honour of Nossa Senhora do bom Conselho.
